Default 12.3" Pro Dash GPS problem!

Hey guys, quick question. I have the new 12.3" Pro Dash and today I finally got around to hooking up the GPS antenna and the thing won't acquire a signal. I even stuck it to the roof of the car and drove around for a half hour. It won't work at all. I've updated firmware. I've also went into Configurations and made sure it was set to GPS. I also checked on my phone to make sure I wasn't in some sort of dead spot. It just won't work. What am I missing here?

Ensure you're using the latest EFI software/ECU firmware. The EFI (laptop/PC) software, ECU firmware & touchscreen unit must all be version compatible (LINK). If so, contact Holley Tech Service (LINK).
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
