Default Holley Terminator EFI 550-405 engine harness question.

The main engine harness has a +12V direct to battery wire, should it go on the side post clean side of the battery same as the ECU power harness or on the top post "dirty" side of the battery with everything else? I assume it goes on clean side, but I'm pretty sure that wire powers the distributor and coil when using the small cap HEI ignition setup (which I am), so want to be sure. The black wire in same harness says "chassis ground". Any issues with putting it straight to negative post on battery (clean or dirty side), or is it better to go to a clean chassis ground? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give. I'm in the short roads with the install, should be ready to fire it pretty soon.

The main power harness wires (10 AWG) must be connected directly onto the battery terminals. The smaller AWG red & black wires can also be connected to the same battery terminals.
