Thread: Couple issues with Terminator TBI on LS3.

  1. #1

Default Couple issues with Terminator TBI on LS3.

    Issues:
    1. Electric Fan no longer works since V5 update.
    2. Fuel Pressure sensor only reads 103 psi, I put a analog gauge on it and reads 43 psi.
    3. Ran super rich so I reset the tune to the LS2 480 HP Global File. Is there a way to tell if my cam/engine are too aggressive for the TBI system? (I doubt this is my issue.)

    Specs:
    1991 C1500
    LS3/T56 Magnum
Texas Speed 229°/244° Duration, .629"/.615" Lift, 110° LSA

I had already edited it. Anyway, check the Pin Map for the Electric Fan problem. The fuel pressure transducer might be a 200 psi model. No, your engine isn't too aggressive for the Terminator EFI; it just needs to be tuned.

The pressure transducer is the 100 psi model. It has always functioned properly until about a year ago. I got around to replacing it today and the new one reads 103 psi as well.
