Default Nick Williams 112mm TB Issues

So we dynoed with just a velocity stack on the inlet of throttle body, which BTW is on a Magnuson 2650 blower. Everything worked perfect. Now that I put it in the car, and hooked my 5” intake tube up, I can’t get over 53% throttle and it goes into error and sometimes limp mode. We used V5 build 30 on the dyno. I’ve tried that and V5 100 also. If I disconnect my intake, all is well. I’m using the approved GM pedal assembly. Anyone have any ideas?

This doesn't seem like an EFI software/ECU firmware issue, but install V5 Build 110:

I assume this is DBW? How is the red/white wire on the DBW harness hooked up? Andrew
