Bad mistake on 7AL-2.

Got car out and getting it cleaned up I had some help. My helper opened trunk and set battery in and hooked it up. I didn't think I needed to check it, so got in car to start it. It cranked it over it didn't sound right, checked it out and found he had crossed battery cables. After correcting problem with cables I tried to start again. It cranked fine, but wouldn't start. I checked and no spark. OH NO, took box out and put on my spare box and started right up. I who fixes the boxes and has this happened to anyone before? Anyone have any idea how bad this might have screwed up the box, fixable or toast?

Ya, you might of shorted out the box. So in this case, you'll have to send it in for repair. So give us a call at 915-857-5200, ext 2256 to get setup with a repair number.
