    Did you do Danny's test and cover the IAC? It looks like you used the wrong #2 Global File. I posted the wrong one then revised it.

    No, I have not tried Danny's test. I"m guessing the tape goes on the inside of the throttle body? There's two holes in there. One big one and one small one. Cover both?

    No! Post a picture of the two holes you're referring to. One is probably the crankcase breather tube. Can't you follow the hole that leads to the IAC valve/motor? And before you ask, no, you can't just unplug or remove the IAC motor (a vacuum leak will result).

    What IAC are you using? You have it setup as PWM.

    A factory FORD IAC has two prongs for the wire connector.

    Yes, he does have a PWM IAC motor. That's not the problem.

    I responded to the two hole question in post #23, but you never replied. I think the large hole is the IAC air inlet hole.
