    What are you using for a crank trigger? If you're unsure of #1 TDC, you may want to look at a trigger wheel like this: https://www.holley.com/products/igni.../parts/556-109

    Your RPM signal is fine. It's picking up cam & crank properly, and RPM is not dropping out. This means there's no issue with the signal quality. However, I have no way of telling if it's picking up #1 properly. Since your cam signal is so wide, it's important to have signal in the proper spot so it knows where #1 is. I would verify that the signal is in the right spot.

    However, mentioning methanol, what kind of fuel pump are you running? If a mechanical they tend to need a LOT of Cranking Fuel if the fuel pressure is low during cranking. I've seen 2 psi fuel pressure.
    As far as Target AFRs, try 4.5 at idle & 5.2 WOT for an N/A engine. Yes, methanol engines want to be richer at idle.

    Also, I see in your configuration you have a WASTE FIRE setup (four coils). I do NOT suggest that for methanol at all. I'd change that to individual coils. Also, it likely means you are getting spark at the right time.
