Configuration File License Mismatched with Hardware

I'm getting the following error when I try to upload a run from the SD card:



What this says to me is that the configuration file I loaded is looking for DataLogger 1263 while the DDF file came from a DataLogger numbered 1500.

But the Data Logger has 1263 etched on the side.



What am I doing wrong? ops:

Hi Paul,

It appears that logger #1263 still has the generic serial #1500 programmed to the unit. If you can email me the config file, I can change the file security, or depending on your schedule, I can have you send the unit back and I'll reset the serial number and ship it back to you at Racepak's expense. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know how you wish to proceed.
