Thread: Pressure sensor calibration

  1. #1

    Default Pressure sensor calibration

I brought a new gauge for my trans pressure test port which is where my racepak trans pressure sensor is also mounted.
There was a 60psi difference between the two when I viewed my download.
Do I need to calibrate the trans pressure sensor to my Datalink programme, or as I thought should be the case perhaps my new gauge is a piece of crap??

When running the trans pressure module and sensor, all you need to do it read it into the system. It should be pre programmed already. No calibration should be required as they are tested and programmed before they leave Racepak.
