Im running a 1965 289 Ford Mustang with a Wieand 174 Blower just need a bit of advice as to what to do next

I have the following MSD parts

6530 controller
8579 Distributor
8207 coil
New MSD leads

As I understand it I lock out the distributor at say 32 degrees and start tune from there
What else do I need to make this work as a good street car.
Im not quite sure how to work out when the boost comes in so I can retard the timing and avoid detonation
Any advice would be appreciated
