Default Bank 1 vs Bank 2 Problems please help.

I have a 1994 cobra I noticed the plugs on the drivers side are clean but smell like gas. Other side plugs covered in soot. The wideband O2 sensor is on the drivers side. I don't know if the sensor is going or, if this another problem occurring. Car was tuned and was running great. Sat for awhile battery died and now runs crappy. I just need a list of what to check and go in order. Right now I'm swapping injectors. Its also running really choppy probably due to the bank issues.
My specs are small block Windsor 342ci., AFR 185 heads, trick flow intake, Aeromotive fuel system, blue racer 1068 cam with a Vortech blower 10lbs.

Yes, try swapping injectors from bank to bank.
Verify spark on all cylinders with timing light.
Verify injector pulse with noid light or test light.
Use a temp gun (or damp towel) to verify all cylinders are firing.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
