Thread: Will it work?

    Default Will it work?

I want to install an LS engine in my 2012 Mustang. I also want to keep the ABS, air bags, fuel system, dash instruments etc. I know that the MSD runs without a return line, that is a plus. I can update my fuel pump to a stronger unit etc. Can the MSD run independently of the cars ECM that controls the specifics mentioned? This is a manual trans car with HP in the 450-500 range.

unfortunately, what your asking to do ....our system will not support the existing ford ecu nor is c.a.r.b. approved.
