Anyone have issue with "12 volt output error". I switch from 7al to new power grid 7 box. This was a simple install. Now no spark and error " 12 volt output error". The instructions don't even show an error with the same name.

have you done the white wire test for spark?

I have tested with your ignition tester. I have only 7.5v from power grid to 7 box. I feel issue is in the grid. Any further test before I send in? I would feel better if I knew others had the same issue before send in. Has anyone?
un plug it ...does it have 12 volts on the lead now?

When I unplug the main harness from the grid the output wire does not have voltage. When I plug it back in or turn ignition on I see battery voltage briefly, then goes to 7.5v again. I have another grid coming in the mail today. I will check all wiring again and install. Any other ideas?

Changed the grid last night and everything works great. I will send the box in for repair. If I get a failure report I will let you guys know what they find.
