    most of the time...it takes 5 to 10 seconds for the laptop to see the
    arc module ....

    bump..

    Updated my View software this morning and the 7730 software and now the 7761 wont appear on the connect screen. Ignition switch is on..

    Bump, also plugged up a 7763 I had laying around and nothing with this one as well.

    Windows 7.

    Both modules worked flawlessly until I updated the MSDView Software and pushed the 7730 update. Had not previously been updated since 2013.

    Just realized that i have my older box in the car, trying to go racing this weekend.... Firmware is still 1.0, box is S/N 288. Any chance i can do a manual Firmware update?
