ARC not recognized in MSDView

What might the problem be if the ARC module is not recognized with the ignition on and MSDView up? The only thing that's available to connect in MSDView is the PowerGrid. Help!

EDIT: Got it straight!

Took a break and came back and tried it one last time, now it works!

gave it a few seconds ...then plugged the cord back in?

yes, did something else for a bit and then came back and plugged it all up:thumbup1:

My 7730 is updated but i cant recognise the 7761.
Could my grid be to old? S/N 102

What did yall do to fix this problem, I am having the same problem cant see the arc module and also my Launch control module 7751 says COM ERROR on the screen .
Firmware on 7730 is 1.7.3

BTW what is the LED function? Is it supposed to be on?

Also will it show up in the Racepak?
