if it was not wired right ......it would not have started .

Like I previously posted " I even changed the Grid with a known working one and still has the same issues. "
I have a RMA number to return it, but I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it.
All I'm asking for is a wiring diagram.

remember : the max on the sd card is a 8gb class 10 .

I finally found the culprit!!! MSD tech, put this in your notes for the next time someone has an SD card initialization error codes.
Tracing down wires, I noticed that I had and RPM switch that I used to shift the car before installing Grid, still wired into the tach wire circuit.
I removed the switch and no more red light shining on the Grid, it's all green every time the ignition is turned on!!
