Default transbrake, nitrous and shifter with 7530t

First of all I have a brand new 7530t that I have had for 6 or more years and I do understand now that there is a circuit inside that will cause it to go down for 24 hours and not exceed 4000 rpm. I want to use my transbrake, activate nitrous at a timed event and retard timing, activate my shifter by rpm. and use without nitrous
I have 7530t, HVC II coil, 85501 distributor, Biondo shifter, 8952 shift light.

    one more question.
I am using a power glide so do I select and input (1) range of RPM under the shift light tree?
Do I also select 2 under the last gear tree?
    Thank you
