    Default still in need of help for the 7730

    i am looking for the wiring diagram for a spring loaded shifter solenoid( biondo)...using the shift light wire (yellow with white stripe). i have a glide, and shifting at 7200.. help please...:001_unsure:also the pages on how to set shift light wire function...

    i would like to use the shift light wire ...nos is taking up the output switch wire(brown/white), and the solenoid is locked back powered on waiting to be interupted by a ground take away..

    thats fine....the shift light wire is yellow.
    hook that to the relay to the shifter

    no sir...use the relay.....that way there is 12 volts to it ...once the rpm is
    hit ...the relay is grounded and goes from normally closed to open...
    removing the 12 volts from the solenoid.

    i was going to use the relay for the solenoid ..is the first diagram good for me to use with the shift light wire? could you also show the screen also... thank you very much for all your help..

    yes.. i just want to make sure.. i called before an was told a different way..negative way with the relay...

    when using the 12 volt shifters...either spring loaded or plunger style...
    we always make the darwings showing the 12 volts being removed with a relay.
