    ok here's my ride

MSD Pro billet Dist., MSD Blaster 2 coil, MSD wires, MSD firewall feed thru,
MSD 6 AL, MSD 5462 Boost Timing Master (which I can't use because when its installed my engine has to crank numerous times before it fires, but is fine without it, already sent it back to MSD but they sent it back saying nothing is wrong with it, then the tech on the phone after I got it back says it must still be bad)

sounds like your red ignition lead is not receiving 12 volts while cranking .

im sure everything was hooked up right and everything was getting the proper voltage. After I received it back from MSD and reinstalled i spent along time on the phone with a tech going over the wiring and checking voltage and he determined the BTM has to be bad. Doesn't make sense how without the BTM I get spark at a timing light as soon as I turn the key but with the BTM it cranks numerous times before I get any spark.

Hook a volt meter to the red wire and measure the voltage while your cranking on it .
