    Default Using the 4217

    I am looking to buy a 4217 to run on a jetski
    The issue i have is that because i have two lumps on the flywheel i will be running wasted spark
    The coil has two outlets and the cylinders are 180 degrees apart in phase
    So it will run fine
    This will mean of course that every time i program thesoft ware i will have to double my rpm value as it will think its reving higher than it is
    This is no issue ethier
    However the negine will be reving to about 8000 rpm thi sis going to equal 16000 as far as the ignition senses and its going to hit the rev limiter
    is there a way to make the limiter higher than 16000

    Its a shame no one is able to help regarding this ignition
    I was hoping to use a few in some boats i was building
    Thank you anyway
    Does anyone else know of an ignition simillar to this that will actually do what i am asking
