    Default Overheating

Was just on another forum, guys were talking about the disadvantages
of using a distributor with mechanical advance. And how hot an engine
runs with this type of distributor. Well I am in the process of getting my
engine back from my builder here in a couple of weeks. He swears by
MSD. Anyhow, we decided to go with a Pro Billet distributor with mech-
anical advance. The motor is already freshly bored 60 over, and i don't
want to expeience overheating issues with it. They didn't exist before and
I don't want them now. Anyone have any feedback on this?

Thumbs up MSD The ONLY one for me !!!!!

I myself have not heard of over heating because of a type of distributer unless it out of time maybe, or not pumping enough oil and that could be the oil pump, How is your oil preasure and water/Antifreez level, I also swear by MSD I have it 2 of my 4 Rides and soon will be adding a MDS-6420 to my S10, Dont take just my word on MSD i Hope other members will soon post and give there fellings on there products, Again i hope i helped you.
