    Default '93 Kawa Jet Ski Coil/Ignition Problems

    Hello

    I have a '93 750 Kawa stand up. I installed a new MSD Coil and Enhancer Ignition. I'm getting spark in only one cylinder and ski backfires when trying to start.

    Is this a coil or ignition problem?

    Also - I am not using the temp sensor. Should I connect the two wires that would go to that to each other to complete the circuit or should the ignition work without connecting those wires?

    I don't have a tach so that wire is not being used either.

    If you’re getting spark at only one plug it would be the coil that is not working correctly.
