    Default SJ runs like crap with msd now

    So I had no spark and found a bad cdi, went ahead and got the msd enhancer 4253. Installed it just like the instrustions said and still no spark. Took it to a so called dealer for $99 an hour and they said that the pink wire and red/white wire had to be plugged in for the system to get any spark, but the instustions clearly state not too.... When I went and road this thing it ran like complete shit and runined my day pretty much. Now what do you think is going on hear? And do I need to change any carb settings or jets now that the enhancer is in as well??? Do i need to set the stator to a different postion? My guess with the msd was plug and play....

    Can you please let me know if you where having any other problems besides the no spark before you changed ignitions? If you are still running the stock coil check your service manual to see how to test your coil. If that checks ok please contact us at 888-258-3835.
