Default 770 Ultra Avenger - Same Vacuum On Both Baseplate Ports?

    Hey guys,
I have a new 770 Ultra Avenger sitting on top of one of the new Gen VI 454s.
There's a slight oil consumption issue Im trying to knockdown.
Switching back to baffled valve covers has helped immensely, LOL, but it's still happening slightly.
When I installed my carb, I used the "brake" port in the back as the PCV supply. It was easier routing wise, and I have manual brakes on the car.
My question, is the amount of draw the same for the rear baseplate port (brakes) as the front baseplate port (labeled PCV in the instructions),
or is the rear a stronger vacuum pull, creating more of issue for my PCV system?
There is also a good breather installed in the opposite side valve cover.
    Thanks, Chris

The "power brake" port & the "PCV" port, both draw manifold vacuum from the baseplate.
So as long as the I.D. of the hose nipples are the same, you shouldn't have any problem.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
