2-wire sensors are almost always VR Magnetic (inductive) type sensors. See post #3.

I like to use a Racepak 8 magnet driveshaft sensor. (For a Ford 9" rear end yoke: 800-CL-8M-1875. Be sure to measure your yoke size and get the correct one, and an MSD Hall-Effect pickup (MSD Part #2348.) For speed, it's always best when you can get a signal on the output of the transmission, or anywhere after the transmission like on the rear end yoke. The Racepak 8 magnet collar offers plenty of resolution, and the MSD pickup works great with it because its a Hall-Effect sensor it's more reliable than a 2-wire VR or magnetic pickup.

In regards to the T56 VR type sensor, do we feed both VSS High & VSS Low on two separate inputs (Dominator)?

No, you'll wire the VSS signal wire into a single IPU Speed "S" Type input.
Hall-Effect sensors are Digital Speed, and Magnetic sensors are IPU Speed.

Cool. Looks like A4 & A22 should work on J2A for the T56 VSS. Appreciate the help!

Correct. A VR Magnetic sensor (IPU Speed - "S" Input Type) can be Pin Mapped to Pin A4 (J2 Connector - Dominator ECU). A Hall-Effect sensor is a Digital Speed - "F" Input Type.

Then does the other wire on the T56 VSS just get grounded? Andrew
