Just installed my Digital Dash. Love it so far, easy to use. I removed all the mechanical gauges for now, because it cleans up all the clutter IMO. If I don't want to use up the last of my remaining inputs in my HP. Would it be wise just to use the oil temp in the 553-106 for transmission temp, or is there another way? Is the optional I/O Connector available yet?

Convince somebody at Holley to send me the 3 gauges I want for free, along with the interface cable, and I'll turn my car into a running promotional ad for those things. LOL!

If you're referring to the optional I/O connector's Oil Temp channel (IO8), that should work fine, especially since it states IO1-IO8 can be independently configured.

Configuration was straightforward, but I cannot figure out how to actually monitor it with the Digital Dash. What am I missing?

If you're referring to adding a gauge to the Digital Dash, read page 13, "Adding Gauges".

If you're referring to configuring an I/O Connector Input (IO1-IO8), that feature isn't available yet (May update).

I wired it to be monitored through ECU Input A3. Can I view that in Digital Dash?

That is what I can't find. Assuming it's under Customize/Add/Gauge.

Yes, you must enter the "Customize" mode (function screen).
Read page 13, "Adding Gauges", in reference to adding a gauge to the Digital Dash.
