Thread: No Fuel

    Default No Fuel

Hi. I have a Holley carburetor on my 302 Ford engine. Before starting, there's no fuel entering the carburetor. If fuel is poured in manually, it fires up and then the fuel delivery is normal. When switched off for a while and then try to restart, no fuel again. Fuel has to be poured in manually to get it started. Any advice on possible causes would be appreciated.

Sounds like the fuel is leaking out of the fuel bowls when it sits for a while. Could be time for a rebuild.
