Have a 750 vacuum on 406. Engine makes little intake vacuum. 5-6" at idle. Idles anywhere from 11-12 on AFR gauge. Honestly, I haven't put a vacuum gauge while I'm on the highway and I'm not sure why. Throttle plates have been drilled to get more idle air and to get the transfer slots better timed with the throttle blades. I know I have more tuning on the idle to do with that, but driving down the highway I'm running 11.3 to 11.8 on the gauge. I'm assuming I'm more on the idle circuit than the main. I'm worried about drilling the plates more considering they are probably closer to 1/8". I have the lightest power valve installed as well. Just looking for some advice to either clean up my cruise AFR or get it more onto the main. Thanks for your help.
