    Default Cold Start -> Rich Mixture

    Occasionally, I have a cold start problem. It acts like a flooded condition. I hold the throttle open and crank for a while, then shut off the ignition/EFI and it usually starts. Otherwise, I have to leave it off for a few minutes.

    I have Target AFR set at 13.0 and Closed Loop on. When I start it with the coolant temp below 100°F, the Actual AFR starts out below 12.0 and works up to about 13.0, but the Closed Loop Compensation goes as high (low?) as -23%. After it has been running for a couple minutes (and the coolant temp goes above 160°F and the Learn Mode turns ON), the Actual AFR stays at 13.0, but the Compensation goes back to a more normal -1 to -2%. Any idea where this "extra" fuel is coming from?
