Default Timing loss at high RPM. Terminator EFI

I have my timing set to 37.5° in the program, but the balancer only advances to 34°. I check the timing at 5000 RPM, and my timing in the program & balancer are both 30°. But when the engine gets to 6000 RPM, the program is set to 37.5° and the timing is only 34°. Help please.

I did what you suggested. It helped out. Thank you, but problem still exists. 598 cid supercharged 9 psi boost. Dual Holley Terminator EFI. Timing is set to be at 34° between 4000-6500. Timing stays steady until it hits about 5000 then drops off sharply to 25°. There are no limits set anywhere I can find. Help!!! I'm using an MSD CD box with MSD EFI HEI. My Ignition Reference Angle is set to 10° and my Inductive Delay is set to 325.
