Hello! I acquired a 142/144 supercharger a few years back in a trade. I recently took some time to look at the rotors a little better, and noticed what appears to be, factory machine marks. Is this normal?

No, I don't. You'll probably have to call them for an email address, or use Holley's Technical Services E-Mail System (EMAIL).

My 142 had machine marks in the rotors as well. Check the clearance around the case and look for corresponding marks to see if it has contacted. If the blower is used, possible it was over-torque. If it's only the rotors and if the machine marks don't extend into the tips of the rotors, it's most likely negligible to performance. If it's new, I would peruse warranty. If it's used, you could try to blend out the damage. I was able to salvage my rotors, but the marks were very minor.
