My ECU is GM, so I'm trying to control the Chrysler IAC with a GM ECU. Are you saying "yes" to the programming being the same as if both ECU & IAC were GM as long as I have it wired per Holley instructions? I'm always concerned that the Holley information pertains to the Holley ECU systems and may be different when using a GM ECU.
"Yes" was in reference to the Holley EFI IAC software parameters (Holley EFI ECU). I don't have any knowledge about using a GM ECU.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
