    Default 12 Volt Ignition Wire

    I’m finishing up the wiring on a Terminator Stealth EFI Kit, and was wondering if there was a benefit to either of these options below.
    I recently completed a complete American Auto Wire project on my '69 Chevelle. The AAW kit has an Accessory Block (12V ignition & battery) for quick access in powering additional systems like the Terminator Stealth.
    The Terminator Stealth requires that the red/white wire be ran to a 12 volt ignition source while cranking. The AAW Accessory Block has multiple 12 volt ignition sources, all of which are protected by fuses. One source is 10 amp, the other 20 amp, and the third is a 30 amp source. I contacted Holley directly and they advised that either of the three sources would work.
    Now to my question. Is there a benefit to using the 10 amp source instead of the 20 or 30 amp? I’m currently using the 10 amp source, because I thought this might give the Holley ECU additional protection from power surge problems. Opinions? Thoughts?

    The red/white wire is just an ignition switch wire to signal the ECU to turn on & off. (It also powers the ignition module in some applications.) There's no significant amperage draw.
