    Basic math.
BSFC = Base Specific Fuel Consumption

    It's a good ballpark.
    Fuel used / BSFC

    N/A is roughly 0.5.
Forced induction on gas is typically around 0.65.
Forced induction on E85 is typically around 0.85.
Forced induction on alcohol is normally around 1.2 to 1.4 depending on how rich you run it.
Again, it's a rough flywheel estimate assuming you aren't pig rich.

If I went by my fuel gauge, I'd be at 1000 HP, LOL.

Naturally aspirated, if you used 500 lb/hr of fuel, it's probably pretty close to that at the flywheel.

So with a N/A engine, normally you could just double the lb/hr fuel used to get close HP guess? I.E. 250 lb/hr fuel = approximately 500 HP. 300 lb/hr is around 600 HP. Seems too easy.
