    It looks like it's a model 4360 for a 1956 to 1969 Chevy 327-427 engine.

Any idea of a book for reference to dismantle the carb and put it back together?

Old Economaster spreadbore for the SBC. Great carbs. I have one sitting on my desk. The rebuild kits have good instructions with them. The carbs are pretty basic. I haven't found a book that covers these carbs.
