    I'm going to wait and talk with Holley tomorrow, but the distributor is the same as a SB Chevy.

    Inline 6 uses the same distributor as a 8 cylinder SBC?

    I'm sorry. I meant the same as a Chevy inline six, around '76-'81, I think. It's been so long since I bought mine, I've forgotten. Now that I look at Holley, I don't see one for a GM inline six. I may not be able to get one.

    Did you have this running with the HEI before and just added the Sniper EFI?
    Or did you do the HEI installation at the same time you did the Sniper EFI?

    If the HEI worked properly before and now you're not seeing as much vacuum as earlier, my money is on a huge vacuum leak somewhere.

    I've had the HEI for several years now. I was running a Holley 4160, 390 cfm on a Clifford intake. I wanted to swap to EFI so I can run the hills without starving the carb, plus all the other benefits of EFI. So, I've ordered an MSD 8516 distributor, a 84211 adjustable cap, a MSD 6A, and will run just a Blaster 2 coil I have in the shop for now. The fridge went out, too! I'm anxious to see how it all works out. Todd

    OK, got everything in from Summit Racing. Installed it this past weekend, and have been loving it ever since! I added the MSD 6A ignition, an MSD Pro Billet distributor, and the adjustable cap. We had to play with the setup just a bit to get the air/fuel ratio right, but it went pretty good.

    I have an '89 Jeep with 4.2 put a Holley Sniper EFI on it and it runs for a bit, then quits. I was wondering if you used the vacuum advance on the factory manifold or block it off, or use the one on the throttle body?
