    The Base Timing Table probably isn't the "same", unless you adjusted the Base Timing Table so it provides the "same" timing advance as your previous mechanical (centrifugal/vacuum advance) distributor. Also, you did lockout (disable) the distributor's centrifugal/vacuum advance mechanism, correct?

    I tried to make the table exactly what I had. Everything is locked.

    In the Holley EFI software (LINK), look at where the live cursor moves to during this occurrence, and see if something is off on the Base Timing Table. Record & review a short datalog of this occurrence. It should reveal the problem, especially when overlaying the datalog onto your Global File.
