    Default '67 GTO, 400, Automatic, Sniper Master Kit

    Just installed the Sniper Kit on my '67 GTO with a 400, HEI distributor. The engine will not stay running for more than half a mile, and then turns into a no start. After sitting for few hours will restart. I can not get the plate to adjust no less than 30%, and when done adjusting, cycle key reading for IAC is 0%. Ready to put carb back on. Please help.

    Fuel pressure is @ 60 psi. I do have a spacer under throttle body, and it's an open spacer not ported. Could this be a problem?
