Thread: Fuel pressure sensor, wired to electric gauge & ECU? Possible?

If you haven't purchased a regulator yet, I would recommend the Turbosmart FPR2000. Adaptronic did a regulator test and found that the Turbosmart was the best at maintaining a constant fuel pressure across various flow rates. This especially important when using the Holley ECU, as it does not have fuel pressure compensation built in. Mike

Appreciate the info. I do in fact have the proper MagnaFuel regulator (boost referenced/EFI) after contacting MagnaFuel. I also ended up ordering the Pro Tuner 750 pump. Should have it figured out soon enough. One thing I have noticed are the so called "flow fittings" that are opened up inner diameter. Are these required you think? Don't feel like causing more problems down the line.

It's fine to use those fittings, but they're not required for setting the base fuel pressure.

Thanks Danny, but are those fittings something a guy should look into just for regular use? I understand the purpose, but don't like the idea of redoing my lines/fittings if it's not that beneficial.

If you have to ask, it's probably not necessary. You know your application better than I do.
