Default What year was my carburetor made?

I just picked up a 4160 (list #80457-2). I'm just trying to learn more about carburetors in general.
I see a time stamp cast into the carburetor, but I'm wondering if the year is also indicated on it?
So, was this made in 2000? Thanks!

I have the same carb, a 4160, list #80457-S. If you're looking for the day & year it was manufactured, you're missing the number. My carb date code is listed as 2626, the first three numbers are the day of the year (Sept. 18); the last number "6" indicates the last digit of the year. However, I don't know if that's 2006, or 1996.
