Default need help with fuel line sizing

OK so I purchased the HP EFI retro-fit kit for my twin turbo Buick 350 which will be running on E-85 via Holley 66lbs injectors
What size feed line and return line?

I'll be using a Fuelab prodigy pump rated for 1300hp with -10AN: http://fuelab.com/prodigy-fuel-pumps...cy-efi-in-line
I'll also be using a Fuelab electronic fuel pressure regulator with -8AN inlet/outlets: http://fuelab.com/fuel-pressure-regu...sure-regulator

So, my question is? what size AN should I get for the fuel filters -8AN or -10AN?
How would I get all this to come together?

Is the fuel pressure regulator plumbed into in return or the feed?

    Thanks in advance, Mike

The Fuelab 52902 pressure regulator has -8AN inlet & outlet fittings.

Since you're using a -10AN fuel pump, you can't restrict it with anything smaller on the suction side; so use a -10AN fuel filter.

See above. The fuel pressure regulator is the beginning of the fuel return side.

Awesome I was so confused about fuel delivery! So to be crystal clear:
-10AN feed line with pump and filters
-8AN FPR (return side)and return line?

Cool. Checked the diagram you linked me and everything makes sense now.
