Thread: Hot Engine Throttle Response Slow

Default Hot Engine Throttle Response Slow

I've got the Dual Sync distributor & Sniper EFI running together now. The truck runs great, but I've noticed there's a lag when I rev the engine when it's hot. Throttle response is crisp & immediate at cold start, but goes away when the engine is at operating temp. What settings & parameters should I be looking at to get better throttle response at temp?

This is probably a dumb question, but how do I find that table? I scrolled through the tuning options, and couldn't find an Air Temp Enrichment Table.

I don't have the Sniper EFI, so I don't know if it's in the Sniper 3.5" TSLCD. However, it most certainly is in the Sniper EFI software.

The Sniper EFI software is available (LINK), it's the CAN/USB Dongle that isn't yet.
However, your engine Config File can still be transferred using the SD card.
