Thanks Danny. I successfully saved the Global Folder to the SD card, and have installed the V4 EFI software to the laptop. How do I move the Global Folder from the handheld to the laptop? I feel so dumb. John

When I click Open Global File, the only drives available are my hard drive & CD ROM. The Global Folder is on the SIM Card, which is not an option. So how do I move the Global Folder from the SIM Card onto the hard drive?

Open Global File refers to the Holley V4 EFI software.

So how do I move the Global Folder from the SIM Card onto the hard drive?
Insert the SD card into your laptop, open to view files, and move your Global Folder to the Holley, HEFI V4, Global Files folder in your laptop's Documents directory.

That's the step I was missing. Since I don't have an SD card port on my laptop, I'll see if I can find a friend who does. Thanks, John
EDIT: Found out there's an adapter that accepts the SD card and plugs into a USB port. Same form factor as a standard USB drive. It should arrive on Wednesday.

Yep, it's called a USB/SD Card Reader (LINK). I used one with my previous laptop, which I'm glad is long gone.
