    Default Handheld Memory Card Files

I can download a file from SD card to my computer, but if try to save a file, it doesn't work.
Is there some kind of write protection or what? It would so easy to update file from SD card to ECU.

No. Which LCD touchscreen/handheld unit are you referring to?

I do it all the time. Some SD cards cause problems with the TSLCD.

If your early style Avenger/Terminator handheld controller (LINK) is giving you problems, purchase the new
style 3.5" LCD touchscreen (LINK) instead. It's not too expensive, and it's much better! You'll be glad you did.

New memory card and first file saved in handheld. After that, it works fine. Thanks.

There actually is a switch on the SD card that makes it writable or locked. Chances are, all you needed to do was flip the switch on the SD card.

It's possible, but not likely. When people have trouble with an SD card, that's one of the things they realize & check. The previous SD card was probably incorrectly formatted, and caused incompatibility issues.
