    Swap sensor wires.
    (A) 1 is signal, (B) 2 is power, (C) 3 is ground.

If that's true, I'm going to be pissed. I've screwed with this stupid thing all day.

Darn, this means the Holley instructions are wrong. Is that the Continental 13577379 Flex Fuel sensor?

The GM sensor shown in the picture above is the standard across MOST sensors on the market.

That's what concerns me, the Holley instructions are wrong. I'll contact the Tech Service department.

OK, so I tried the alternate pin-out at the connector last night, and that didn't work either. I'll also add that I read on some various forums that the sensors prefer a chassis ground, which made no difference for me. I also moved my VCC to a separate +12V switched block, outside of the PCM as a test. All with no success. I'm leaning towards this being a bad sensor out of the box. This is the connector that came on my sensor.

Well, the Holley instructions are correct for that AEM Flex Fuel sensor, but wrong for Continental 13577379 Flex Fuel sensor.

Did you see anything wrong with the diagram that I posted on the white board? I've wired my entire car and have a decent grasp. Checked everything for continuity, checked each output and grounds. I figured it had to be something simple, but this one has left me scratching my head, unless it's a bad $90 sensor. Did I miss a configuration somewhere maybe?

I don't even know which sensor you have now (I'm confused). Isn't the connector's pin-out labeled on the sensor? If so, wire it accordingly.
