    Default Another Sniper EFI Installed

    Another successful install, it's on my buddy's 68 Camaro, 408 SBC making probably 450-500. It had a 750 Holley before. We never were able to get the carb to run right, the carb needed some TLC, he already had a EFI pump in the tank, so I persuaded him to go EFI. I've installed & messed with EFI for years, old school SpeedPros, FAST, Big Stuff 3, mostly on race cars. The Sniper has a lot of the same features these high dollar systems have. The Sniper was a super simple install, not controlling timing yet. The kit comes with pretty much everything you need, the first time setup is a breeze, and the car started right up. We've only cruised it for a little, but it's night & day. Starts right up cold or hot, even from outside of the car just turning the key. Throttle response is incredible on this thing, cruises perfect and we've only cruised it for about 20 minutes. He said his car has never ran so well. Really happy so far with it.
