Yes, you can. Read the instruction manual for full details. Does your TBI unit have the old style B2 injectors (black round top injector caps), or the newer Delphi injectors (2-wire top injector connectors)?

Holley doesn't carry any hardware for the older 4BBL B2 injector units. You'll have to upgrade to the newer style Delphi injector pod & fuel injectors:

Holley EFI used 65 lb/hr fuel injectors in their 700 CFM TBI units, and 72 or 85 lb/hr fuel injectors in their 900 CFM TBI units.

OK, thanks for all the information. Got some thinking to do on this.

There is one other option. You could carefully replace the Delphi 2-wire top injector connectors, with your B2 black round top injector caps. However, if the injectors are that old, you're better off with the new hardware. There were connectivity issues with those older B2 black round top injector caps.

Either way, it looks like I'm stuck with buying the Holley parts to upgrade it. Do stock GM TBI injectors fit? I wish I could go with four 454 injectors, since they're around 75-85 PPH.

I don't know about GM OEM EFI parts. Your Holley options are mentioned in this forum thread.
