Thread: Sniper intake on the street?

Default Sniper intake on the street?

I like the look of the Sniper fabricated intake manifold, but not sure if it's streetable. I would use the carbureted version with Terminator throttle body, and just wondered what people's thoughts are on that setup. From the pics, I can't see any provision for temp sensors, etc. This is a SBF setup. Anyone using one of these intakes yet?

I don't know about the dual-plane intake manifold, but I don't see why the single-plane wouldn't be streetable with the proper tuning.
Here's a link to a forum thread, pertaining to MPFI tunnel ram type of intake manifolds:

FYI: Doug Flynn is the Chief EFI Engineer at Holley, and "Wolfplace" has tuned many Holley EFI combinations.

You can probably drill & tap the coolant crossover passage for NPT threads.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
