    No stereo in the car. I have two relays for my fans and a fuel pump relay, all of which I added diodes to. The only other relays are in the HP harness. I will replace my relays and see if the fixes it.

    The best thing to do is to unplug them one at a time, until you figure out what is causing it to do that.
    Troubleshooting engine run-on can be challenging to say the least.
    Sometimes it's something that you wouldn't even expect to cause the problem in the first place.
    Sometimes it's as simple as a bad diode or a bad relay.
    I've even seen an alternator with some bad diodes inside of it cause run on.
    (You can test by temporarily disconnecting the alternator lead and doing a quick start & stop.)

    I had this issue also. The cause was voltage feedback from the fan relay. I switched to a solid state relay, and the problem went away.
    1967 Camaro. 5.3L L33 swap, Holley Dominator EFI. 10.65 @ 128 so far.
    Rick's Tank with dual Walbro 450s, Holley 120 lb/hr injectors.
    LS1 intake, stock DBW TB, LJMS custom cam/BTR springs/Tick pushrods.
    TH400, FTI Converter, Fab9, 3.25 gears/Wave-Loc diff, 275/60/15 M/T ET Streets. 125 HP dry nitrous.
    Waiting to install Holley Turbo Manifold Kit: Forced Inductions Billet S485/Vibrant 18x12x6" A2A. Looking to go 8s this year.
