Well is it or not? Use a test light on the system relay if you have to (LINK).

Kind of jumping around here. Is there any way to get the original self-tuning program back on the ECU? When I updated it all, it erased all that.

Not unless you saved it somewhere. Is it in your laptop's "Documents" (Holley, HEFI V3 or HEFI V4 folder)?

That's where I initially saved it to because it said to do that, or else you'd lose it all during firmware updating. But I go back to try and find it, and nothing is there.

You can save your Global Folder onto a USB flash drive.
I wouldn't save it in the Holley HEFI folder (in Documents) because the software update modifies that Holley HEFI
folder. Save it on the Desktop screen or in your email. (I always keep a recent copy of my Global File in my email.)

Ah. Well if I could still get to the file, I'd save it there, but it's completely gone now. And the Calibration Wizard is gone from the ECU as well, or else I'd redo that, drive it a while, save the file in a correct place, and tune from there. I assume there's no way to get the Startup/Calibration Wizard back, aside from maybe sending the ECU & handheld back to Holley?

    http://forums.holley.com/showthread....0150#post70150 (Same procedure for V3 & V4.)

I will definitely look into that. Thanks.

So I got the Wizard files back on the SD card using that link, and I can go through and setup the self-tune through that. But when I get to the end to upload, it gives me an error. One of the GCF files I was messing with, trying to get the truck to run, is still on the ECU. Is this keeping the new file from downloading to the ECU?

Evidently so. Seems like a corrupt or incompatible version file (V3 or V4 software/firmware).
